Free prescription delivery in Burnaby and nearby cities
Prescriptions brought to your door, Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. Free same day in Burnaby, free next day to Vancouver, the North Shore and the Tri-Cities.
How delivery works
- Choose delivery when you send your refill. Or tell us on the phone, or set it as your default so you never have to ask again.
- We prepare and check the prescription. Same as always. Delivery does not change what the pharmacist does.
- We bring it to you. Same day in Burnaby, next day to the surrounding cities, Monday to Saturday between 12:00 and 7:00 p.m. We will confirm a window rather than leaving you waiting all day.
- You can still ask questions. A phone consultation with the pharmacist is available for any new medication, and for a first fill we will usually call you.

Burnaby, free and same day. Free same-day delivery covers the whole of Burnaby, including:

Nearby cities, free and next day. Delivery is also free, the next day, to:
- Vancouver
- North Vancouver

- Port Coquitlam
- Port Moody
If you need something the same day in one of those six cities, we can usually arrange it for a fee. Call us and we will tell you the cost before anything leaves the pharmacy. If your address is outside these cities, call us with your postal code and we will tell you whether we can reach you.
Delivery hours
Deliveries run Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. There is no delivery on Sundays or on days the pharmacy is closed. There is no minimum order.
Refrigerated and controlled medications
- Cold-chain items travel properly. Insulin and other refrigerated medications are packed to hold temperature, not dropped in a bag.
- Controlled substances need a signature. Some medications cannot simply be left at a door. We will tell you in advance when that applies.
- Someone must be able to receive it. If nobody is home we will not leave prescription medication unattended.
Who this matters most for. Patients recovering from surgery, people without a car, parents who cannot easily get out with small children, and older adults for whom a trip up Hastings Street in January is difficult. Delivery is free for all of them, and there is no minimum order.
Delivery, not mail order
This is a local pharmacy bringing your prescription to your house, not a national mail-order operation shipping from another province. The pharmacist who checked your prescription is a phone call away, your record is here, and if something is wrong we can fix it the same day.

Can you deliver refrigerated medications like insulin?
Yes. Refrigerated medications are packed to maintain the cold chain in transit.
What happens if I am not home?
We will not leave prescription medication unattended. We will contact you and arrange another time. Some medications, including controlled substances, require a signature.
