Using this website, including submitting a form once forms are active, does not by itself create a patient relationship with NovaMed Pharmacy. A relationship begins when we accept a prescription or provide a service to you.

Your choice of pharmacy

You are always free to have your prescriptions dispensed at any pharmacy you choose. NovaMed Medical Clinic is a separate, independently owned and operated business located at the same address, and there is no obligation on any of its patients to use this pharmacy.
