How refills work
Three steps, and most of them are ours.
- Send your prescription numbers. They are on your current bottle or bag label. One per line is fine.
- We prepare it. If a renewal is needed we contact your prescriber for you, and we text or call if anything needs your attention.
- Pick up or have it delivered. Free delivery across Burnaby and nearby cities, or collect it on Hastings Street.
Not sure what you need refilled? Call the pharmacy with the medication name and we will find it. You do not need the prescription number to talk to us.
